Telecommunications Consumer Arbitration Board of the Federal Network Agency in Bonn
In order to settle a dispute with net mobile minick GmbH concerning the cases mentioned in § 47a TKG, the customer is free to initiate a conciliation procedure at the Consumer Conciliation Board for Telecommunications of the Federal Network Agency in Bonn (Consumer Conciliation Board) by filing an application. Participation in this process is voluntary for net mobile minick GmbH.
